Gertrude Lawrence's Soup


Gertrude Lawrence's Soup

6 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup crushed pineapple
3 cups tomato juice

Blend cheese with flour and pineapple. Gradually add tomato juice. Cook till it thickens, preferably in a double boiler.
