Leonard Nimoy's Cold Soup
1 can (10.75 ounce) condensed cream of celery soup
2 cups water
1 whole cucumber, diced
3 green onions, minced
1 green bell pepper, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup sour cream
Mix all together and chill overnight before serving.
