Lionel Barrymore's Scrambled Eggs with Cheese
1/2 lb. cheese (grated)
1/2 cup milk
8 eggs
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Beat eggs slightly, and add remaining ingredients. Pour into a well buttered pan and cook slowly, stirring constantly so that the cheese will be melted by the time eggs are cooked. Serve on toast.
